Flax Seed oil (also known as Linseed oil) is highly recommended for general well-being and whole body nutrition. It is an excellent source of the omega-3 essential fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), as well as phytoestrogens known as lignans. Considered to be nature’s richest vegetarian source of omega-3 fatty acids, required for the health of almost all body systems, Andreas Premium Flax Seed Oil contains twice the amount of omega-3 fatty acids as fish oil. Andreas Premium Flax Seed Oil also contains omega-6 and omega-9 essential fatty acids, B vitamins, potassium, magnesium, dietary fiber, and manganese. It is also a good source of the minerals copper, phosphorus, and iron.

Studies have shown that due to the ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids, along with being a rich source of lignans and a multitude of nutrients and minerals, flax seed oil may be beneficial for management of the following health conditions: aiding in the prevention of bacteria, fungi, and viruses, allergies, arthritis, inflammation, chronic pain, atherosclerosis, cardiovascular health, reducing cholesterol, immune function, Crohn’s Disease, Lupus, Lyme Disease, cancer prevention, menopause, skin defense against acne, eczema, and psoriasis, improving health of hair and nails, improving digestion and elimination, improving cognition and concentration, reducing the risk of Alzheimer’s and other aging diseases, and helping repair cell membranes, amongst a host of other health and wellness-related conditions.

Ingesting Andreas Premium Flax Seed Oil maximizes the effectiveness of the beneficial properties found in the seeds, without the potential digestive issues sometimes associated with eating the seeds themselves.

Description

“Before 2006, I always had the misconception that oils were only used for cooking, never as a healthy food to be consumed on its own. When I discovered fresh-pressed flax seed oil back in 2006, I had been taking 33 pills every day for 5 months to combat the symptoms of my Crohn’s Disease. Flax seed is a foundation oil to rebuild the structure of the cells. When I began using Andreas Premium Flax Seed Oil, it eased the inflammation throughout my body, aided in digestion, and helped me sleep better through the night. The flaxseed also alleviated the joint pain and inflammation that remained after my career as an Olympic gymnast ended back in 2000.

Even after recovering completely from Crohn’s Disease, Andreas Premium Flax Seed Oil is a staple for me, and is incorporated into my morning regimen to start my day off right. The abundance of allergies that I once had no longer exist; I have freed myself from allergies, from dust and pet hair to food, only with the use of flaxseed oil. I also take Andreas Premium Flax Seed Oil twenty minutes before I go to bed and sleep soundly through the night. I rely on my oils for health, and do not take any additional supplements, with the exception of probiotics from time to time.”

    Hi Walter,

Bitterness doesn’t mean it is rancid. We have different seeds and the bitterness is based on the moister in the seeds. So before you make a statement about my oils make sure that you know what you talking about. If you like to talk about it please let me know.

    Best

    Andreas

    P.S.

We made just in January a laboratory test for oxidation for Black Cumin and Flaxseed oil. The peroxide number is the number for rancidity in the oils and couldn’t find any oxidation in the Black Cumin Seed Oil and just 0.2 meg/Kg. If you like I can send you the test.
