Please remember to send your return within 30 days of your purchase and make sure that the item is in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
When sending a product back, we recommend using a shipping carrier that offers tracking. This way, you can keep an eye on your package, as we can’t take responsibility for any lost items without proof of tracking.
The time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on where you live, so thank you for your patience!
If your return is valued over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or considering shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help!
